Final Mail Deadline - July 15

I know that most of you are aware that time is running out, because we've recently had a significant increase in the number of petitions coming in. We are still well short, so please spread the word and keep 'em coming.

The last day we may submit the petitions for the recall is July 23, so we are asking everyone to mail all petitions in by July 15.

A number of people have expressed concern that signing the petition might subject them to harassment by the governor or his surrogates. Because of this concern, if, on July 23, we do not have enough signatures, we will not be submitting any petitions. If we do submit the 1.2 million signatures we need and he were to target folks just for signing, he'd have to target the whole state, and he governs like that already!

Please do not send the petitions by Registered or Certified mail, regular First-class is fine.

I agree with Impeachthebum, people need better info than this site is providing. Some kind of running count to provide some ongoing interest and inspiration might have helped.
