Contributors must be individuals who are either U.S. citizens or permanent resident aliens. Contributors must make payment with their own funds, using an account in their name. Contributors must be at least 18. Contributors must list their name, address, occupation and the name and address of their employer. We will not accept cash. By sending an email request to contribute or a contribution, you certify that you meet these qualifications.
