Whey Protein for Weight Lose

A friend of mine just recently gives birth to her first child.  Of course it is a happy event that all of us celebrate about since it is their first son and they have been praying for a baby for several years.  Having occasionally accompanied her when she is pregnant by doing shopping together or just hanging in her house to have a nice chat really helps me understand and receive much information about pregnancy and what I should do when I’m pregnant too.  I have lots of tips regarding what you should eat and what the best you should do during the pregnancy.

And now since the baby is born, there are lot more things to be done and the activities just keep adding.  One of the problems that my friend has is the difficulties of losing the weight that she has during pregnancy.  I think there are people who can lose weight easily but there are also people who had difficulties in losing weight.  If I look at her activities now, she certainly burns many calories for what she did, but it doesn’t result in getting thinner.  Exercises had been done but none of it brings significant changes that she need.

Recently she had been changing her food with food that contains whey protein in it.  Since it shows little changes and actually can reduce her weight, she becomes quite fascinated by it and continued with the menu that she’s having.  Later on I found out that there are also supplement that contain the same ingredients, but when I told about it to her, she said that she would keep the information and probably going to take the supplement after the baby is not breast-feed anymore since she doesn’t want the baby to have the same diet as her mother.
